I have always wanted to give something back to the Red Hill community.

I have lived here for 20 years and felt it time the community had somewhere to go for quality patisserie products.

I trained in my apprenticeship at Toowong French Patisserie at Marley Street under the Raud brothers.

I spent many years working for Mich Thompson at the original Le Scoops at Given Terrace, Paddington where I spent many days over the years producing ice cream and sorbet for his company – Michel’s Sorbets.

I got tired and frustrated at the lack of service and time that the industry provides for their customers and the loss of that personal service we are all craving for these days.

We will work towards ensuring each time you come into our store you will walk away feeling a part of that Red Hill community spirit.
