This came complete with the first of many hand rolled and boiled New York Style Bagels that Steve Day, the owner, had started making as a hobby from home.

Qualified French Style Pastry Chef of 25 years

Steve trained as a French Style Pastry Chef 25 years ago and has a passion for baking everything by hand following the age-old baking traditions. The trend these days is mass production and franchising for better buying power, this sadly has it’s downside with high volumes reducing quality.

The quality and taste difference is what people notice straight away when they try our products.
